My approach to clients is as simple as this card

I believe in only promising what I can deliver - but then always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

If it's a training, I will research the participants background and/or company background to hypothesize what their biggest challenges could be. So that I am prepared go deeper into that area in the training.

If it's a coaching or a consulting meeting, I will study the client's background and try to empathise with their work situation, as well as the business challenges they could be facing that could impact their decision making.
